To the contract size question they give a range rather disclosing the actual amount which guides to significance of any win. If you want to see progress or lack - look at shift in backlog offset for recognised revenues. Or % win rate against pipeline. With any contractor key is making sure that any contract taken on can turn a profit. Bullish on this one at current SP

They could but the lack of the company disclosing the size of the contracts is very poor leaving people to make all sorts of guesses.
