                               Directors Dealing


On 21 November 2007 Kleinwort Benson (Jersey) Trustees Limited, as nominee for
Bob Thian, Chairman of the Company, subscribed for 1,600,000 new ordinary shares
in the Company for a purchase price of 5p per share.  Bob Thian also exercised
options over 800,000 new ordinary shares at an option price of 75p per share
which were purchased by Kleinwort Benson (Jersey) Trustees Limited, as nominee
for Bob Thian.  These share purchases are pursuant to the agreements previously
disclosed on 17 October 2006.


Also on 21 November 2007 these 2,400,000 ordinary shares, were subsequently
purchased by Kleinwort Benson (Jersey) Trustees Limited as trustee of the Nomad
Trust of which Bob Thian is a beneficiary.


The new ordinary shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing
ordinary shares in issue.


The holding of Kleinwort Benson (Jersey) Trustees Limited as trustee of the
Nomad Trust of which Bob Thian is a beneficiary, is now 4,800,000 ordinary
shares representing 4.15% of the issued share capital of the Company.


Application will be made to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange for the
2,400,000 ordinary shares of 5p each to be admitted to trading.

Admission is expected to take place on 28 November 2007.
