27/8/2013 14:50 | It certainly would be good to see the back of 30p... I was hoping for 35p to 40p by this point as a springboard for 50p (HKD 6) and upwards on HK listing (which clearly looks over-optimistic now). Mind you, it does rather depend on the (as yet unknown) listing date. CP | carlos panda
24/8/2013 19:02 | CC I believe that the UK shareholder base is now considerably lower than 32% (perhaps around 20% or even less). Nothing to do now except sit tight and await the share price rise on HK listing & afterwards as Pakrut comes into production and KYS turns its attention to other opportunities. CP | carlos panda

24/8/2013 16:17 | So from the video it appears it's game still on in a very positive way. Price is recovering now and the CEO confirms increased market share (68%) in Chinese hands and expects share price to increase with the HK listing. Sadly UK holdings are down to 32%. Also good to hear the resource has been upgraded to M&I and is expected to continue growing. I feel UK investors are going to miss out on this as KYS approaches production in H1 2014. | charles clore
24/8/2013 10:33 | Cheers OneDayRodders Good to hear the straightforward explanation for delays and the fact there will probably be compensation payment due (encouraging less chance of delay in future). | ned

14/8/2013 14:38 | There's a lot to be said for buying in cheaply at these prices like Griffin4. I think once this get HK listed the price could take a bit of a leap with Chinese funds more able to access what will undoubtedly be a nice little junior miner. | charles clore
14/8/2013 12:37 | G4. Agree.....I've been topping up with 400pound worth every month since they were valued at 12.9pAnd will continue to as I can see these being much higher in ten years when I retire. | eke
14/8/2013 12:04 | i don't mind waiting for 2015 if it means 300% or 400% share price increase from here | griffin4

14/8/2013 10:55 | At least progress continues to be made, but personally think it's more likely the mine will be up and running around spring 2015 - I think the winter normally sets in around Oct/Nov every year. | novicetrade68
14/8/2013 10:50 | "we remain confident that the project will be in production in 2014." That's a bit open ended isn't it ? ie could be December 31st | onedayrodders

13/8/2013 16:25 | Carlos Panda, many thanks. It is good volume. | abacus23
13/8/2013 16:08 | Sorry to ask a basic question, but where are the volumes now? Google and iii no longer show volumes since the AIM de-list. What is the volume today? I still have the ticker and epic as KYS. Many thanks in advance. | abacus23
13/8/2013 16:02 | High volume on these today and a move up. Looks promising. | mark of the rushes
12/8/2013 20:32 | Thanks CP, I couldn't see a date anywhere but good to have it confirmed. | sparkey_two
12/8/2013 20:26 | Sparkey No, you own x number of KYS shares (currently LSE-listed) which are valid wherever the company chooses to list (or not list). Therefore, although it may take some time, eventually you will own x number of KYS shares HK-listed. No broker should sell your shares without your instruction (but in certain situations they may end up as certificated rather than nominee). To date no HK listing date has been announced. 12/8/2013 20:05 | Guys, On Carlos' point I have been up to my eyes and not sorted anything yet. Just opened an account with TD Waterhouse tonight as they trade on the HK market but they indicated it can take 6 weeks to transfer shares (in my case from Halifax) seems a hell of a long time! Don't remember seeing a date yet for the move to HK? Anyone know what happens if I have started the transfer process and the date ends up being before it completes? Presume Halifax would sell them on transfer day at market rate and the transfer would just fail... Bought them originally at 12p so not the end of the world if I have to sell but I would like to stick with these for the long haul as don't need the money and believe it will pay off in time. Thanks. | sparkey_two
12/8/2013 12:18 | Surprising volumes here (Friday 880k, today so far 1,310k). Seems strange as I should have thought that anyone wishing to exit pre-HK listing would have done so a couple of months ago when there was far greater apparent liquidity. CP | carlos panda
09/8/2013 08:51 | It seems the upgrade was contained in the SRK report, so only news on mine construction expected over the short term. | andrewsr
