smarmI think you'll find all the information that you require in the SRK Technical Report. Unfortunately I am travelling so only have an iPhone and poor wi-fi but the executive summary says phase 1 construction complete 04/14, commissioning 05/14 to 10/14, full 2kt production 11/14. Likewise phase 2 full 4kt production 05/17.Regarding payments - surely these depend on contract terms. Why would one want to pay anything before one has to do so? Not a worry to me!From the report:"SRK believes that the proposed capital costs and the Project schedule are reasonable."I look forward to studying the details on my return to Blighty.N.B. Remember the AGM is on 30/06 and is a good opportunity to address any uncertainties or concerns with the directors...CP

Yes, good point. They did award a $40m contract last year in August...not sure how those things work but it seems Kryso hasn't been send much of that bill yet. Thinking about it, these 'unspecified' delays could also be contractor specific. 2015 here we come I guess.

I'm sorry to be a bore but we still don't have a production start date and I note they have only spent $15 out of $176m to bring the mine into production.

I am inclined to fold arms and say....hmmmmmmmm.

nt68I think total UK shareholders must be almost down to 20% by now. Which makes you wonder why the large Chinese shareholders don't just buy out the rest of us, take the company private, arrange additional financing, build the mine, make any desired acquisitions and then list in HK by placing some of their shares.I can't believe that the £30m or so required would be too much of a problem for them.CP

nt68The increased phase 1 capex was flagged-up in the annual report and is only to be expected given the necessary infrastructure required for the 4k capacity. I imagine funding will be by way of a placing at the time of HK listing together with an increase in the loan facility.Obviously the more UK investors sell now, the lower the placing price is likely to be. In the meantime I suspect Zhao Bin & other Chinese holders will think Xmas has come early as they can now pick-up stock for almost 20% less than they might have expected!CP

Interesting abacus. I must admit I don't know PHML very well, but will take a look out of curiosity. If there is indeed a funding cap, then I would imagine CNMIM, being the largest shareholder, to try and assist here ie perhaps the existing loan can be increased. But a bit of uncertainty may well lie ahead now.

I do hope this doesn't go like another Chinese run firm. (if i remember correctly)

PMhl. Prosperity Minerals, had 1 significant shareholder around 60/70%, they had lots of potential, bundles of cash, but never really got there and realised there full potential.

I hope i have remembered correctly.

Not sure why it never got there, possibly because of the large shareholding?

Hm - so a significant revision of Jorc'ed Au upgraded higher, which is great, but then if I read correctly it seems their Capex for phase 1 has also jumped to $176m whilst for now they 'only' have appr. $120m in loans ?

I'm so disappointed with the pips that have sold in recent weeks, I mean this company has kept a steady share price while other miners have been falling and the reason for this is because we have big players invested here so why lose your bottle now that we are trying to list our shares in the home of the major players??Griff
