New customer contract

KRM22 plc (AIM: KRM.L), the technology and software investment company, with a particular focus on risk management in capital markets, announces the signing of a significant new customer contract for the Enterprise Risk Cockpit.

The customer will use the Enterprise Risk Cockpit to enhance its enterprise risk management framework and processes globally. The Enterprise Risk Cockpit will capture key linkages between business processes, risks, controls and events, allowing the customer to monitor and manage its enterprise risk profile.

This new customer contract is part of the previously announced near term pipeline of opportunities and brings ARR to GBP4.2m as at 3 October 2019, increasing to GBP4.3m in 2020.
