With cash in the bank I can't see the need for a general placing! Of course there will be a need for money for mine construction but that is added value to the SP!I would like to think they need it at IPO so between 11-14p

So what price are they hoping for to release the placing shares and will the DFS be sufficient to get it to the value they want. No doubting the resource as i assume AAX/BLCC will have similar to supply the local fertiliser plant.

It wasn't official until printed which was yesterday:The Mining Convention, signed between the RoC Government ('Government') and Kore Potash on 8 June 2017, was approved by the RoC Parliament during third quarter 2018, gazetted into Law on 29 November 2018 and printed on 6(th) December 2018.The other interesting bits are those on reducing tax levels which will make this a great earnerGLA

I thinks it's more a need to have this info in hand prior to release of the DFS than to cause an share price spike!Consider the release of details pertaining to a world class asset with no legal coverage, it would be easy for the ROC government to say thanks for that an oh BTW we aren't given you legal permission to mine hereGLA

I dont think this rns will cause the spike they are hoping for. Struggling to get back to IPO price. On the good side of this news AAX and BLCC will hopefully get the same positive result from the ROC government. Been waiting 3 years
