We will be neighbours and no doubt still collaborating. We are working with quite a few South African companies in the Agriculture sector. African potash are going to amaze so many who doubted their ability to get the job done and they have hit the jackpot and well deserved for perseverance:)

I did say want in or probably shorting the stock. No one obsessively deramps a stock all day unless they have an agenda! Your deramping is to a much greater extent then any exuberance shown by posters on this board!

Keep in mind that this bloke is trying to deramp the stock in my opinion to suit his agenda. This bloke wass out in force on Friday deramping all day!

He is either shorting the stock or wants in cheaper! What he won’t say is that a placing could be at a much higher price then presently after possible funding confirmed for most of the capex

Keep in mind this is a pump and dump stock that requires substantial equity funding. If you decide to get in just be ready with the sell button as it will dump on placing news.Be careful and be aware that the pump n dump crew are here in numbers

A year later sunkar shares hit 2.27!!!

Sunkar shares soar as raises new funds
Sunkar Resources (LON:SKR) shares surged Monday after it raised $1.28mln through issuing loan notes to significant shareholder Sun Avenue Partners Corporation.

It comes after the stock plunged earlier this month after the mining firm warned it faced significant financial uncertainty.

Sunkar will use the funds from the 1.28mln convertible notes to make the overdue payments on the ACB bank loan and for general working capital, it said.

The firm believes the money will provide sufficient working capital until additional earth moving contracts can be agreed.

Sunkar has operated at a loss for the year so far and said on April 2 it had cash of $57,000, which was $348,000 below budget due to delays in receipt of payment for existing earth moving contracts, the delays in agreeing a further earth moving contract and the economic effects of the Tenge devaluation.

Shares added 21.07% to 2.27p.

Sunkar Resources (LON:SKR) shares rocketed over 160% higher today as a detailed feasibility study boosted plans to build a major phosphate fertiliser operation in Kazakhstan.

The study, completed by SNC-Lavalin International, into the proposed Chilisai project estimated total life of mine revenues of US$22.3bn.

SNC-Lavalin predicts capital expenditure costs of US$1.94bn for the two phases of the development.

On AIM shares in Sunkar, which was worth just £14.2mln before today, were up 6.6p or 160% this afternoon, trading at 10.75p.

The project has an estimated internal rate of return of 14.1% (post tax) and has a net present value of US$715mln.

According to the definitive feasibility study (DFS), production could be underway by 2016, and the project’s earnings are estimated at US$278mln a year by 2017, rising to as much as US$533mln by 2025.

Chief executive Serik Utegen told investors that the DFS has outlined ‘robust economics’ for what is a major project.

“The study has identified no major technical hurdles with the Chilisai Project and we currently anticipate announcing the award of the basic engineering contract in the second half of this year, leading to Stage I production by the last quarter of 2016," Utegen said.

Sunkar said that the DFS will now form the foundation for a prospective project financing arrangement in ‘due course’.

Chilisai has natural advantages, Utegen says, such as low cost mining, proximity to sulphur and well established regional infrastructure.

As well as defining projected economics the study published today also examined possible marketing options for Chilisai’s output.

It claims that around 60% of production could be sold into primary markets close to Kazakhstan such as Northwest China, Turkey and the countries near the Caspian Sea.

The study also concludes that Chilisai could be a competitive supplier into global markets with an export route via the Black Sea.

“Even if conservative assumptions are used for the target markets, the Black Sea export route will provide a sufficient outlet for the remaining production,” Sunkar said.
To move forward with the Chilisai project Sunkar will now look to secure financing and permits for the proposed operation.

Couple of things.
Letmepass it was a buy.
As to what's the ramp look at the 2012 DFS when the resource was less with higher costs: ]
The post tax economic analysis shown on Table 20.4.1 indicates the following:
 Net present value for the project at a 10% discount rate (NPV10) of US$2,971M;
 Internal rate of return (IRR) of 29.3%; and

 A pay back period from construction startup of 6 years.
So basically an Npv of 2.9 billion which will increase when the new DFS is released next week. Stick that in your pipe.

ADVFN have to do more to stop the use of multiple accounts by single persons with a strict verification process.Blockchain technology will make this task much easier and cant be far away and will eventually be legally required. KYC has to be introduced and enforced across all social media and BB's. Blockchain will allow it to happen
