MORE KOOVS. BS AS WE ARE NOW ON THE THIRD. CHANGE RE FUNDING 🚩.. STILL NO FUNDING CONFIRMED . FUNDING. V. 2 more parts to go 💤💰Slow lol have another new agreement lol re FLFL and they need to be at least 75% approved by shareholders before they change it again ? They are going try issue 21,391,;563 new shares under the CCPS / convertible loan notes .. KOOVS HAVE DINE IT AGAIN 🎖👍🏿🚩

Today's RNS was nothing short of an olive? All talk and no real news - going be another 12 months before we know what the crack with KOOVS and progressive sales ( what could go wrong ) not a lot as KOOVS hit the rocks & even 100% growth would be unexpectedly low when you consider what happened last year and before . Market needs real new now . All in all predicted poor statement and growth needed to be at least 109/200% 🙏.. For some reason re funding now at only 8p & most knew this except for the private investors X & gamblers that lost our ... Why keep that ? KOOVS have not told us any detail & what I'm asking is what is the cash burn and why noobs like us are left in the dark 🚩We live in hope that KOOVS directors will purchase some on the open market today / this week filled by an RNS lol

Could of sell small amounts and now NT - ?? Must be more bad news on its way - failed funding round at 15p maybe after KOOVS made us all wait and wait for today's mental funding news ? Funding in to parts ? One at 8p ( KOOVS are on a different planet crazy to now say funding at only 8p ) 🚩... The funding is not even confirmed yet ( maybe done this week lol ) if KOOVS are luckey as KOOVS have shafted and diluted all of us muppets now ... NT TO SELL SO HEADING LOWER ABS LOWER LOL . Get ready for cheap entry price or top up

Without real news or when KOOVS produce a magic rabbit out of the hat = real profits within the next 5 years this will be barge pole stick stock ( buy low sell high ) KOOVS don't care

My only worry is the 45,839,963 new shares will hit the market some time KOOVS are saying by the end of this week ? Those 8o shares could be sold for a quick Buck .. So expect the share price to be volatile until we get the next bit of news some time in October er trading .

Pascha did say to Jambon on LSE look at boo ? It's up over 50% from the low point & KOOVS has been diluted time after time & yet again .. Anyway we have had lots of news re trading and funding today.Top work from Pursell and Turner ??? Maybe more free shares or a pay rise as we would of dive into administration by now without the talent from them cool people

Jim will add a few at 8.5p soon as I averaging UP 🙏.... I first bought in at 4p back on 1st narch 2018 .. Then sold out at 27p or 27.45p and bought back in just under 7p so I've got a free rife and 49k pit from my KOOVS sales .. Let's see what 2020 brings for KOOVS and now all the news is out maybe get a few in the cheap lol

I write my invesMMX off in KOOVS but if they can get funding for the next 4 years and make it maybe I would see a little bit of the cash .. High risk stock gamblers only as KOOVS need much funding and many years from any said profit . Possibly basket case or it will be ok

Has anybody seen Jambon , Putney or Me insider Pascha re KOOVS uk sales & souq.com ( hopefully I full UK launch soon and we need an update on the profits from Souq.com sales 😋... Could be excellent news later in this month 👍🏿🙈🐥

The problem seems to be without new news ongoing or real details from KOOVS via RNS & not on FaceTime or Twitter this will be sold into any rise - as the old saying goes X sell on the spike at 8am - 8.30am today and wait until the dip and buyback now or cheaper before September next ' one line bit of news on the green shoots ' as mentioned today ??? I can't see or read it in the RNS 🚩😳. 6p top up

Looks like nobody is buying into KOOVS story re funding soon & said folk are lending KOOVS stock and it's being shorted again today ( shorting = the borrowers are selling KOOVS now ) could be the reason it's in decline again - 5p will need to hold before September updated trading statement

Maybe in October when we get a more detailed update ( an extension of today's ) more details of FLFL Abd the UK expansion buyers will return as we will still need a lot more funding before profits expected in 2022/2023 .. Shame that KOOVS don't give real news instead of the hidden jargon and waffle re trading , FCA and still no funding at 8p

Looks like nobody believes KOOVS and the imaginary funding later next week ? Why would we as KOOVS have a habit of changing the deal , radio silence , refusing to reply to emails and phone calls & lokubg at the Selks today I would not be at all surprised if we see more waffle and delayed Dubai G into next month

Looks like we may have a delay yet again with the funding abs plenty more dilution when millions and millions of new printed share hit the KOOVS market quite soon or is KOOVS do what they normally do forget to update when the had problems or delays again ..🐥

Looks like it's heading down to funding price of 8p or lower when we received funding later this week ? Maybe KOOVS will delay it a few months and forget to RNS again 🚩🙏
