Melody, we know the official announcement was for 35m over the next 3 years which they are around 3m short. I personally believe they just want to get the funding over and done with asap so that it isn't in the back of ppl minds and lift the weight of the share price. But they can be a bit more clearer on the RNS!

Seen this kind of thing so often on AIM. Price falls off a cliff, a placing (not an open offer) is made at the new lower price diluting the existing shareholder base. The price goes up 20-30% after the placing and the institutions cash out leaving the mugs holding while the price heads off a cliff again.

So placing at 25p ? That's still too high I believe. It's too risky. Investor will not pour money in a company that's probabilty of failing is so high.

If they want to get funding it has be very much discount by at 70%-75%

Bought in today @ 48p,it went up to fast and will prob drop a bit lower but I think 48p for where we are is a good price plenty of upside once this settles down a bit

It has halved in value now.
