there we go again. every time the share price goes up, they issue a news bulletin saying they know of no reason for the share price movement. Why cant they just shut the F....k up, let it be, get a move on, and sort things out ??????????

APRIL TRADING UPDATE

Not the best of news, but shows what can happen with this illiquid share if funding is announced.

Yes it looks like another delay, but Chairman Lord Alli wouldn't throw away GBP 1.5 MILLION if he was not confident.

There are obvious sticking points. I would not be surprised if potential new Investors want rid of current CEO Mary Turner, who has been a complete & utter failure.

A trading update this month will coincide with the loan from the Chairman. Koovs will be out of it's 'closed' period, so hoping that some more directors put their money where their mouths are, especially Mary Turner who talks the talk, but can't walk the walk.

Does the cln loan note also have to be paid back next year as its 8.9m 🚩Harebridge and putneylad won't want us to know that and avoid that big problem & the failed funding from last year

Looks likes the funding investors got spooked by the lack of any growth & Koovs poor sales / share price movement over the last 6 months . Any investment or fund will wait for sales to pick up before a deal is struck IMHO . A good trading update will be needed now.

Strange how the company release news of the Ali loan when the share price rises by 60% in a day. I'm surprised he just didn't take this private at 5p a share. I can't see anyone else funding this. There is no value in the business just the brand.

So now we wait until August and I'm sure in a total of 15 months in talks we will get some funding sorted and then onwards and up - we just need to be patient and let the Lord work his magic rabbit out

Await funding RNS conformation of the 1.5m loan then fully funded until August/September - this could be the news the market needed . KOOVS has an excellent track record & India is booming

Lord Alli said he was looking to raise 22m/23m this year & the year will be over soon lol ... Maybe they mean return to growth in 2019 ? It's clear to see they have not been able to get any of the 23m this year/before September lol . HARDMAN&CO sales pitch/fiction and the first round of new financing and the next stage of major capital investment in the Koovs journey begins lol. 1.5m should be with us soon 💰..get ready for the next big conformation RNS

This is his take on Koovs today . Stop press - KOOVS share price spike was spurious,it turns out.I've added new section to today's report ( on Twitter ) The company looks very close to possible insolvency in my view.Extremely high risk,beware! MANY TRUST PAUL & HIS ADVICE .

Koovs seeking permission to issue up to £18.9m in convertible loan notes

(ShareCast News) - India-focussed fashion e-commerce business Koovs issued a short update
to the market on Wednesday morning, announcing today that it will be seeking a renewal of permission for the issue of up to £18.9m of convertible loan notes.

The AIM-traded firm said that, in addition to the £8.9m which was previously received, it remained in "advanced negotiations" to secure a term sheet from an investor committing to invest via the issue of convertible loan notes.

"The company remains confident of delivering this further tranche of convertible loan notes and expects to announce the successful conclusion of this additional funding in due course," the board said in its brief statement.

Koovs will be left in the slow lane and the others picking up our sales and customer base lol . Amazon and flipkart doing very well and Koovs sales without marketing can't be growing ? trading update this month

So in a nutshell we will shortly receive the great news that Koovs have secured interim funding via a loan of 1.5m from Lord Alli & maybe we will get a few million more/funding before the cash runs out in August . if we can raise 7m/10m by August then we can survive another 6 months

Strange day and this could only happen to Koovs as we wait over a year for the advanced funding talks ? as if by magic Lord Alli changed it into the board actively continue in a dialogue with potential new investors in respect of the 50 million funding requirement and will update the market in due course . ( no hurry ) plenty of time & take your time lol . IPO 150p today's price 9p - keep up the great news Koovs
