could anyone explain the funding at 40p via warrants and why it's not showing up as extra shares on LSE ?? The way I read it they can convert at any time into share at 40p and they are unable to sell for 24months ... that's a good thing and think most investors still don't get it as no increase in shares or capital showing .. They payed 40p and I bought in the open market at 30p and some a bit lower ... This will move sharply up soon

Jotoha- yes, funding has been agreed at 40p with chairman Lord Waheed Alli already having stumped up over half of it.
