Australian Attorney-General’s Department Selects Kofax to Improve the First Mile of Citizen Engagement

The Attorney-General’s Department selected Kofax TotalAgility to streamline its case management needs into a unified smart process application platform. This will streamline business processes, support greater consistency in the development of new solutions and increase connectivity between business lines, and TotalAgility’s analytics capabilities will enable staff to monitor process flows and remedy bottlenecks in near real time.
