16/1/2023 17:30 | Nothing special in the statement, a lack of organic growth is obvious so expected a decline. But the valuation is low and no change in forecasts, so still looks good to me | mngf
16/1/2023 16:13 | could be a trees shake. sellers on level 2 are small volume and buyers are coming back | investing2retire
16/1/2023 12:51 | Knights Group Holdings plc posted unaudited HY results this morning. Revenue increased by 19% to £71.2m, Underlying PBT was also up 19% to £9.0m. Basic underlying EPS increased to 8.26p from HY 2022: 6.98p while net debt was up to £35.6m in line with the Board's expectations. The Group continues to expand acquisitively, the acquisition of Coffin Mew during the period bolsters Knights' presence in the South of England while that of Meade King was announced post-period end and facilitates entry into Bristol's fast-growing legal services market and strengthens the Group’s position in the South West. Valuation is very attractive with forward PE ratio under 6x, while the share price is into the 3rd month of a rally off 2022 lows and building some positive momentum. Net debt is a little high with gearing ratios a little below 100%, but it is not an obstacle to acquiring the share. BUY... ...from WealthOracle | kalai1

16/1/2023 07:29 | Decent update in the context of the share price decline- sounds like more of a focus on margins and organic growth too which would be welcome. Interestingly they seem to be benefiting from the macro environment in terms of recruitment and acquisitions Also increase in interim divi which I wasn't expecting | se81
16/1/2023 07:25 | Decent half year results and earnings enhancing acquisition paid for in cash. Chart nicely set for recovery, I think. | saucepan
