Certainly when you look at the last trading statement,their vision seems to be panning out quite well with an excellent statement.
Bodes well for the result in a couple of weeks.

David Beech will retain a shareholding of around 45.5% and will be subject to a three-year lock-in period in which he will be unable to sell his shares. The other shareholders will hold 1.7% each.

Lol 😂 I am a customer of knights and they do my property work. Sold a property yesterday at auction for instance and buying another for me next month

Still think it is a very,very undiscovered sector. Knights, Keystone Law continue to make good business and the latter new highs and my favourite Gately has again produced excellent results and yields 5% and of course, what can be more financially satisfying than making money out of solicitors?! I dream of the meeting where I can sit back and think, I have made more money out of you, than you are going to of me....Yin/Yang Kerchang !!

When management hold quite a few shares o it's often a good sign and look how many David Beech has retained!
Then an interesting selection of institutional investors.....

Results are expected on 15th July and judging by the trading statement anybody aware, are likely to be building up a position before that.
Thought I would get in earlyish as I saw a flurry of buying recently.

What you see is what you get I think with this firm,good profits and results going forward.
