11/2/2022 12:36 | Still below the IPO price; I think underpriced given value credentials on offer | gopher
11/2/2022 08:13 | Just nice to get a bit of exposure. Always a danger with slow burners is that they just drift down during quiet periods. Not sure the acquisition is particularly cheap, but covers areas that aren’t currently well served | dr biotech
11/2/2022 07:34 | RNS! And results on 28th Feb. Could get some green action... | dougmachin
02/2/2022 17:58 | Still pretty dismal performance here over the last couple of months. Somewhat surprising given the positive ahead TU. Wouldn’t hurt to be more communicative with the shareholders. Should get an RNS about the distribution centre opening, may get a little more interest. | dr biotech
02/2/2022 14:01 | WTF a sell of 7 shares at 129.5p causes the drop...? Edit - ok, back up. | dougmachin
26/11/2021 08:59 | Argh... spoke too soon! Now only sng | bull19
26/11/2021 08:58 | Only because of this new variant. KITW and SNG - a potential covid treatment are the only blues in my portfolio this morning | bull19
26/11/2021 08:46 | Muted response I must say | the big fella
26/11/2021 08:27 | Bought after the excellent TU ... and still below the placing price. | zico01
26/11/2021 07:34 | About time we had the TU. looks decent, hopefully the news will overcome the general drop on the variant concern. | dr biotech
26/11/2021 07:31 | Yup - very positive. | someuwin
26/11/2021 07:17 | For once it looks like I have timed my purchases well earlier this week. Very good TS and we should see a decent mark up today | the big fella
26/11/2021 07:09 | And I liked this...Over the last few months the Group has seen the first signs of inflation in its cost base. Through the key initiatives outlined below and the recognition of elements of these costs in customer pricing, the Board does not expect profitability to be adversely affected. This is not a new phenomenon and one with which the Group has dealt with successfully on many occasions in its 35-year history. | bull19
26/11/2021 07:09 | Excellent trading update...the Group expects to report a profit before tax for the year to 31 October 2021 that is significantly ahead of expectations. | bull19
17/11/2021 18:21 | James Thorne of Columbia Threadneedle talks positively about kitwave here (64:40) www.youtube.com/watc | brummy_git
03/11/2021 11:30 | Starting to turn up. | someuwin
27/10/2021 13:12 | Showing strong support at May's IPO price of 150p. Should move up from here. Current 6.8p divi puts it on 4.53% yield. | someuwin
25/10/2021 11:09 | Butterfield site visit Canaccord Genuity view We recently visited Kitwave’s impressive new Butterfield facility in Luton. The purpose-built facility offers the Group temperature controlled bespoke frozen, chilled and ambient warehouse space to service its current network of independent customers in the South whilst also providing future capacity for the Group’s growth ambitions. The visit also highlighted the Group’s extensive fleet of vehicles and in-house drivers allowing it to benefit whilst others have struggled with third party providers and driver shortages. With just a few weeks left of FY21E we feel confident that the Group is on track to meet our forecasts and is well-placed to be able to absorb inflationary pressure in FY22E. The shares have drifted after a strong initial performance post IPO in May and the current valuation appears unjustified, in our view, given the Group’s stated growth ambitions and superior forecast earnings growth relative to peers. Reiterate BUY and 210p TP. | someuwin
24/10/2021 11:58 | Thanks for posting that. | dr biotech
21/10/2021 11:23 | KITW was a SCSW second half Nap back in June issue. They must be doing well as they don't have logistics issues with in-house delivery drivers. Canaccord have a 210p target. | aishah
21/10/2021 09:20 | Very positive two page article in Today's Shares mag. | someuwin
31/7/2021 07:13 | Thanks. Not sure we’ll have to worry about it for a while though. | dr biotech
28/7/2021 14:20 | 2 emails from Kitwave (happy about that for a start!) And agreement to post their replies: --- 2nd email - "David Brind (Chief Financial Officer) and Ben Maxted (Group Operations Director and Head of Frozen & Chilled) have been granted Growth Shares in the Company’s subsidiary, Kitwave Limited, which will enable them, when they sell the Growth Shares, to receive up to a maximum of 4 per cent. of the Group’s value (at the time the Growth Shares are sold)." --- 1st email - "Just for clarification, the MIP (Management Incentive Plan) is linked to the share price at the time the option is exercised, rather than the share price at IPO. 'The Growth Shares will entitle participants to receive up to a maximum of 4 per cent. of the Group value (measured at the time the Growth Shares are sold) subject to: - earnings per share (EPS) conditions having been met; and - market capitalisation value hurdles having been exceeded.' The above is copied from section 4.2.2 of the Admission Document, just above the section you copied below (4.2.3 of the Admission Document)." --- I'm still not fully clear. But I think it's not 1.4 * 150. Which is good news... I think! Any help / discussion, much appreciated. Ta. | dougmachin |
