23 April 2024: Kingfisher plc today announces the following share transactions made by Pascal Gil, CEO Castorama Poland, and Alain Rabec, CEO France (each a PDMR) which occurred on 22 April 2024.

 

Pascal and Alain's conditional share awards of 29,387 and 62,542 shares respectively, granted under the Kingfisher Alignment Shares and Transformation Incentive Plan (French Sub-Plan) vested automatically on 22 April 2024. Pascal and Alain retained all their shares.
