I have just looked at that document on companies house too!Wtf has been going on...That is prob your best line of avenue to take them to court! Though they could get funding and reliant still, but the former looks dodgy.Imo, dyor and yes you'll need professional advice!Gd lck to you guys

Helo folks People over on another BB are getting together to see if anything can be done. One of them has a meeting with the lawyer dealing with the Potash claim tomorrow to see if there is any action that can be taken. He is asking for people to contact him with any questions you may want to ask or ideas on how to progress things. He has already met with someone knowledgeable in this field and is going to write something up for people who are interested but that will only go to people who mail him. It may be there is a legal route that may cost, and he needs to see if people think this is worth backing. You can contact him on [e-mail]
His name is John and he writes on the other Board under the name Jilson so you can see he is a genuine poster, and in that respect if you do contact Jilson can you also include your Advn moniker then he can see that you have been a genuine poster on Kin in the past. Well, unless I'm mistaken just had a look at companies house for Kin Group Plc, under their latest 'confirmation statement'/annual return old money...

the report was published 07/07/17, stamped 28/06/17 04/07/17 and is dated 20/06/17...

Is it not a breach of regulations that its been dated/published pre-market knowledge of when suspension actually occurred later. The confirmation statement has a part non traded company or shares?!

I won't be surprised if Anna gudmundson or should be badmundson if fired, her twitter account is dormant atm and unusual.I can't see why she can't use that account as it seems like a personal account and not KIN related.I'm surprised also the usual twitter police have not got involved here to investigate what is going on! Brokermam etc

Imo,Kin in its present form,with its third rate BOD and ineffective loss making stagnant business model,is finished.
Our only hope would seem to be that the concert party might have a plan to relaunch KIN Mark 2,encompassing a refinancing,an injection of assets,a capital reorganisation and replacement Directors.
The chances of this look slim but not impossible.

Knigel, it does cost money to pay a social media person.It seems like they are running current contracts and have enough cash to do so.It would make sense that they state by now that funding is not there, it most likely imo there or they are resolving the issue with a partnership/takeover/...even a buy out of the KIN app by Fitbit, unlikely but you never know!It will be interesting if it is resolved, and it does relist, I would reenter to catch that spike!

Stef, how do you know they are shut?Just because they are suspended doesn't mean current contracts arenot being delivered.If they come back on the LSE, I'll get in and funding will be a boost!

Stay away from LSE THREAD LOL bunch of moaners …its everyones fault that they
invested in KIN but there own …. I wouldn't post it there RAVIN..
they would dismiss it as hype…they just can't see the wood through the tree
at the moment I haven't seen a positive post on there for the last 3 month..
they don't seems to do any research on other company thats in the same market
and post anything of interest... its all about replace ANNA she is to blame
for there investment loss….
