pmsl - re-entered @ 5p - yeah right Pinocchio - as always, you're sitting on losses due to getting it wrong yet again....hence the reason why you feel as if you have to tell all your actions. I suggest you stick to brushing the poodle and watching daytime kid's tv

Kin wellness is dead...this is a cash shell.All but the chairman lost their jobs to this current state.This could reverse into anything tech, oil, betting, health etc.My research shows the new directors and recent large shareholders have specific backgrounds and links. Though it still could well be anything.Dyor, gla.Re-entered at 5p. I still believe this still to be valued at 5p at which we saw the placing)

February is the deadline for the acquisition. I would not hold any at risk for of being suspended and never coming back to me lol.Few weeks left or this will be toast

There do seem to be bouts of selling, phenomenonnick;so trading in KIN shares remains well balanced.I am investing enough so that it will hurt a little if "toast" is the end result.On the other hand a significant uplift of the AIQ variety will be greatly welcomed.
For my sins,I am big fan of TERN in the 2.5p area.
CULNs hang over the share price but the prospects for TERNs investee company,Device Authority,look spectacular.

I went into KIN and MORE earlier this month. Sold MORE because 42% in a week is too good not to take, for me at least. But they have a lot longer to run than KIN does. Deals seem to take months to put together, strikes me as unlikely KIN will be ready to go by the Feb deadline. Suspension will focus the minds but the cash on KIN’s balance sheet will be eaten up in the fees of a deal. So anything goes wrong and they’re toast. Wish I could decide how to play this one!

So Feb is not the deadline! If for example the shares get suspended at the end of Feb, but then in May an acquisition is completed then the shares should be able to return to AIM.

They would only be booted off AIM if 6 months from the end of Feb no acquisition has completed.

So basically from 15th Nov RNS."Rule 15 (AIM Rules for Companies)As the Directors have announced previously, the Company became a "Rule 15 Cash Shell" under Rule 15 of the AIM Rules with effect from 30 August 2017.Within six months of becoming a Rule 15 Cash Shell, the Company must make an acquisition or acquisitions which constitute(s) a reverse takeover under AIM Rule 14. If it does not do so, the London Stock Exchange will suspend trading in the Company's AIM securities pursuant to AIM Rule 40. The London Stock Exchange will cancel the admission of the Company's AIM securities pursuant to AIM Rule 41 where they have been suspended from trading for six months"February is deadline to make an acquisition.If not, LSE will suspend trading and then 6 months only its struck off.

It is a deadline. LSE will take it of the market.It will then be privately owned.Very unlikely as there will be a queue of companies looking to be reversed into.

Shells were strong today fueled by the bonkers rise again of AIQ which holds 4 million pounds and hit a valuation of around 50 million this afternoon.

So before you moan at stocks like more and Kin check that out because they make this
stock look a steal lol
