It sure is difficult getting a reasonable slice of stock in Kendrick, I had a limit order on all day yesterday at full offer and it was rejected by the close.

One suspects the shares are very tightly held therefore, I also noticed that there was no newsworthy event to warrant the drop from 3.5p, seems to be more market related, that drop was on very low volume.

Lets see what today brings but I sense the shares are going to move up.

Good luck trying to get any, it's hard for a reason.

Doc Holiday has been a buyer recently, he suggests it is only a matter of time before the stock in north of 3p again.

Are these the 'names' you refer ? The podcast starts at 21 mins, they suggest they will get 'a more comprehensive look at Kendrick' in a few weeks, with something like this buyers need to get in before the new media not after it !

One to watch this, a multi bag in the making, over £2m cash last reported, tiny share count of 243m.

Last funding priced at 3.5p

Lots of news due.

M/cap only £2.5m.

Update on issue of equity to EMX

Kendrick Resources Plc (LSE: KEN), a mineral exploration and development company with projects in Scandinavia announces that the number of new ordinary shares being issued in relation to the Company's acquisition of the Espedalen, Hosanger, and Sigdal nickel-copper-cobalt exploration projects in Norway from EMX Scandinavia AB ("EMX") is 4,144,395 not 26,341,952 as previously announced on 20 April 2023.

23,415,069 of the new ordinary shares will be issued to EMX Scandinavia AB which will increase the combined shareholding of EMX Scandinavia AB and EMX Royalty Corporation to 41,394,447 shares represent 15.6% of the enlarged share capital with the balance to be issued to a business partner of EMX.
