Interesting trades yesterday. And they say that volume precedes price. Will today be the day? Have a good one all.

I was the one who said "that's good enough for me", because it was. I was looking for reassurance that I should continue to hold until the end of Q1 and then reassess and I got it.

I'm not going to tell anyone what to do, but the webinar was very clear. As clear as HAA has been for a long time, in fact.

The answer was a simple Yes.

The question was about the status of KEFI before the next webinar I believe.

Chopper. Not a dig at you at all. I too am a shareholder relatively up to my ying-yangs & never sold a single share. It seems like I have had my fingers crossed for that all important RNS at 07:00 for most of my adult life. :-( If anything, I am sort of impressed by the fortitude of the incredibly patient LTHs here but I, like you, have to get my frustrations off my chest. We are alike but I like to think of myself as a more sophisticated footballer than you. ;-)

The last RNS (which goes past lawyers) mentions "anticipated" closure by end March...not certain...it is impossible to be 100% certain when one does not have 100% control of the process and by definition...2 senior banking orgs + senior outtake founder + local EG investors + EG (various departments) + local Gov. involves multiple parties who all must agree final terms & approve/sign...I agree though current mkt cap is low so if it happens great...if slightly delayed no biggie

not a perma Harry fan at all, but still fairly relaxed. seems a cracking deal for investors to me. pre end March would be great, but makes no material difference to me if that deadline gets missed (again).

"I'm certain that someone mentioned on here that Harry replied "100% certain" when asked if TK funding would be concluded by the end of Q1".

Chopper. You've come up with some good ones before but this is your best one yet. Dear old Harry could not & more importantly would not ever say he was 100% certain about anything. We've had states of emergency, revolution, Covid-19,tension with Egypt,a stolen spade ;-), etc. We could have earthquakes, volcanoes, tsunamis, complete collapse of the financial system, assassination of key members of the "consortium" or any number of force majeure.

I'm waiting for our first perma-Harry fan to say that they've waited for so long, another few weeks after the current guideline won't matter. :-(

Harry expressed as much certainty on an end of March date as I have ever known him to commit to. Don't forget he is not exclusively reliant on the Ethiopians this time round.

Topical,

I'm going by the real-time reporting on here from the latest webinar.

I'm certain that someone mentioned on here that Harry replied "100% certain" when asked if TK funding would be concluded by the end of Q1.

Would anyone like to back me up on that?

Vox markets asking people on twitter to suggest a resource company for John Meyer to review in tomorrow's podcast. We should probably suggest Kefi.

Donegal - TW having some 'strong words' with Harry if finance isn't sorted by end of March reminded me of the old line about sending a stiff letter, with the rejoinder to make sure you put a piece of card board in the envelope too!

As for this end of March, where has Harry said "100% certain" Chopper? I'd agree that is better than May, when he said 'yes' in answer to my question at the last webinar as to whether or not Harry thought work at TK would be underway by the next webinar...

That was clear. The end of March came with all the usual caveats about signing issues and unforeseen admin matters or last minute legal concerns, but if someone can point out the categorical '100% certain' answer all of the above notwithstanding, then fine.

RTS - indeed. I would love to lower my average, but thanks to encouragement here at least it's a lot better than it was.

How to spot the embittered long term investor who has not been able to downsize average. New investors some of the the grumpy old men on here would cut off their right arm to have an entry level at the current share price. Some have averages in the teens while the share price is on sale at 2p

As you well know chopper...nothing is 100% certain until documents are signed and sealed...we LTI's need no reminding that Harry/BOD have "failed to launch" more times than I care to remember...so it's about the odds of each scenario and the payback (or cost) of each scenario...S1 - Kefi deliver as "promised" TKGM funding closure (80% imho)...if so what does share price do? Maybe x2 or x3 in short order...S2 a (20%) it is slightly delayed...impact to share price marginal as already cheap as chips
