We have known one of the banks for two years and the other was introduced by our Ethiopian partners. We only recently received their joint terms sheet. Both the bond deal and the bank deal require some serious spending for implementation and it is not in KEFI’s interests to spend on both when one was a clear winner.

Have to remember ANS is not some random group of people has people on it with connections to the government and other institutions inside the country. No way the Ethiopian government going to embarrass themselves by saying is fall steam ahead the country is open for business then let things drag on too long (well relatively).

Plus it is Abiy Ahmed home region as well and there are elections next year so the whole project will be used as a statement of intent to improve employment prospects and the economy.

I'm confused now we have gone away from ANS with the bonds, just how likely are they to give us the additional advance payment to get things up and running! Promised since December last year! Think not very likely is the answer! More fun and games to go here before we see this project start

I keep asking people to come to this thread, hopefully we don’t get in a situation where two are constantly running. Just need to keep this the most prominent. I used to use the tinypic upload service and the same happened to my thread.

The last new thread I started after a torrid run it initiated a 300% rise. Hopefully Scotty has the same luck, this seems to have the ingredients for a better run than that.
