Tried to get everything and think I did though was a lot there and there was switching between questions and slides.

Basically harry and the company still expect things to go ahead if they did not I would have expected much more emphasis on the Saudi prospects.

Problem does look connected to the road access and reassuring the consortium.

Ethiopian governments move really to help upgrade security to give lift to off to TK but company are sure they will.

Questions Sanctions to alter timetable? Saber rattling Ethiopia critical player important country. Sanctions against individuals rather than country

Slide three..kefi not typical explorer but joint venture organizer…little explorer punching above it weight…lot of risk discipline when a joint venture.. quid pro quo.. syndicate that putting up the money so risk mitigation to protect syndicate as a whole.

Question on pause how is security managed? A risk mitigation of banks, contractor, local government all have to be satisfied so kefi addressing issues. Kefi sends security status reports regularly to whole syndicate.. over aching compliance.

Q Within interim results.. loan repayment manageable? Under control yes.
Q Management changes. Yes changes as the company moves to implementation of project.

Q How helpful is the ministry of mines? Everyone on board collaborative effort.

Slide 4. Community very important if you mess with the project messing with community. No tension with community no competition over the deposit as not artisanal. Only golden goose if mine built. 900 dollars cost benefits local community.

Q what the cost of pausing project…big cost loss of jobs being created now.
Q Finance status? Waiting on approvals from partners in progress…Preparation continuing progress being made in spite of pause.

Slides 5 and 6 breakdown of what is actually being done with community…community wants to get on…

Electricity…. double whats needed for mine? Two substations… to electrify the whole district.

Slide 7 Security situation..hot zone map. Kefi not in red zone other miners in red zone kefi orange zone. Situation has changed if it had not we would have been in production by now. Now have African banks and more Africa centric members of syndicate they are more used to the issues. Project has to be done right.

Q Security reports…essence? Confidential but can say area more risky than past level of security has to be increased along with upgraded plans but if measures put in place to mitigate risk project doable.

Q How big the pause…Situation needs to be addressed… (waffle on) depends on when things are sorted.

Q Tigray conflict stopping progress on TK? Country will settle into new normal…most of the country wants a more peace, banks have be remeasured…things should settle down enough to continue.

Q why security problem allowed to happen. Transport routes.. kefi does not run country and district…all stakeholders and community on board government will help with risk mitigation.

Q What are the biggest risk to TK? Covid not so much an issue…Tigray long way away personally kefi do not put it high on risk list…Kefi puts on list community have to be kept on side local security then just building project…Community and security most important.

Slide 9 route to mine.

Q What security risks in future? Always will be some risk mitigation needed.

Why all the companies coming to country if security is an issue… its where the opportunities are…talks about other companies that have been slowed down in Egypt and so on…Hawiah slowed down in past now sorted.

Q Highlight other good projects? Al masane similar to Hawiah but Hawiah bigger. Could find feeder (source) to Hawiah could be massive.

TK more like CIL projects in Australia.

Ethiopia lot of artisnal projects but lot going on underground.

Slide 11 Geo sections. north and south Zone better then central zone.

Q PFS? middle of next year.

Q Follow up on Hawiah plan?…Resource up date soon pfs middle of next year though fast tracking as fast as possible. Financing end of 23

Q switch from TK to Hawiah on delays? Only if Hawiah was in advance of TK but not expected to be the case.

Q what might stop Hawiah.. expects mine to be built.

Slide 12 NPV ten times what the company is at the moment.

Why the disparity? Market unforgiving of delay but will worries will abate.

Jibal Qutman why quagmire and why not fixed. Regularity process system problems… Government overhauled system waiting game…comes with the territory..

Q in respect to JQ value compared to other kefi projects.. string of pearls… could be more at depth but no point on spending money on it till licence settled.

Hawiah can we recover the Zinc we think we can but needs checking.

Water looks good but needs checking. Just a process.. Financing will be a lot easier due to the supply of capital…finance a piece of cake compared to Ethiopia.

I dont see why being a holder or not is in any way relevant, there is nothing to call anyone out for.

I dont see many comments stating 'Avatar X' should be ignored because he's locked into a deeply underwater position and his view is jaded by this.
