11/12/2020 08:31 | Not going to be boring weeks either with two rigs now in Saudi and drill results being rushed out as soon as possible. | robjm66
11/12/2020 08:19 | This coming weeks not months or quarters due diligence has been sorted that's the main thing happy with the RNS very exciting now | 1deedee
11/12/2020 08:18 | In Ethiopia, all Tulu Kapi Gold Mines Share Company (“TKGM”) directors and management have been on the ground serving and supporting the financing syndicate and the dedicated teams of the many government agencies involved. We have completed an intense due diligence work programme to serve the financiers’ procedures for their respective approvals of the Project start-up. This culminated last week with a site inspection and meetings with TKGM’s site-based teams, the community and local government. We express our particular gratitude to the Minister of Mines and Petroleum, Eng. Takele Uma Banti, for co-hosting last week’s Tulu Kapi visit. We are on track for the principal outstanding Ethiopian Project financing-related matters to be completed in the coming weeks, with financial closing and the start of development planned for Q1 2021, leading to the continuing goal for the start of gold production during Q4 2022. From October • First production remains on track for Q4 2022, targeting to lift average gold production from From last week A country of gold and coffee, a country of butter and honey -- we have been in Wollega today. Many young people are trying to promote gold products by customized economic growth. A lot of youngsters are showing themselves that they start working and get results. We also work to support the gold products. The problem of selling golden place is that we opened a gold branch to buy from the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia to buy from Gimbi. - I have been found in Wollega that is surrounded by amazing nature, golden coffee, natural grace. Wol Aga (Wollega) holds everything together just like her name. This Wollega, who gathered everything together, has not been able to grow like her and her history, as much as her grace. We will work to get support from Wollega's gold resource and use it properly. The local youth should also get a chance to change their lives from this property. In my stay, I have seen a place where youth are going to produce gold in Western Wollega. Even though the youths are impressed with their efforts, they need support. We have discussed with residents on how to strengthen their work and how to benefit the wealthy community. Wollega's gold or no wealth should be left behind. Even the youth should not look for jobs while there is this wealth. Now is the time to change this story! “In my stay, I have seen a place where youth are going to produce gold in Western Wollega.” | robjm66
11/12/2020 08:16 | '.....Good news for the cynics it’s coming weeks if it was a big delay it would be sometime in the next quarter to give wiggle room. Considering there was a risk that the banks could have asked for more time due to the conflict in Tigray or wobbled its great news. Looks instead everyone has got together as soon as they could.....' See oldie? That's how you read an RNS and produce a measured, logical conclusion. Not so hard, is it? | echoridge

11/12/2020 08:00 | 'newbie'? not even close. Anyway, what's more relevant is that you think your position as a 'oldie' affords you some kind of exalted status to spout nonsense and by extension the fact that the money I assume you have lost elevates you further and somehow makes your projection of malfeasance onto company management credible. | echoridge
11/12/2020 07:52 | and so it will | echoridge
11/12/2020 07:47 | @echoridge (the newby) - this is just another tiny delay of many tiny delays, and he has said many many times the deal is likely to close very soon (imminently, etc). What makes this delay any different to the last ten, you gullible muppet. | sussexlibran
11/12/2020 07:40 | Completed! | shortarm
11/12/2020 07:40 | Yes yes yes We have completed an intense due diligence work programme to serve the financiers' procedures for their respective approvals of the Project start-up. 11/12/2020 07:35 | That's a very confident statement to my mind and nothing there that says it's not going to happen very soon! Holding long and strong here and ignoring the background noise. :) | philby1
11/12/2020 07:32 | Excuse him for what, you snarky muppet? He reaffirmed that the deal is likely to close and close soon. He could not have made the statement if it were not VERY likely true, seeing as current regulations require the RNS to clear a bunch of market professionals at the NOMAD who are never going to risk sanction - or worse - if it were not so (they simply don't get paid enough to take that risk). No matter how much YOU may think a tiny delay is tantamount to something worse, doesn't make it so. | echoridge
11/12/2020 07:28 | "We are on track for the principal outstanding Ethiopian Project financing-related matters to be completed in the coming weeks" Does not not give H much room to delay, so he must finally be pretty sure the financing will land soon! | scars
11/12/2020 07:24 | Could see the news we're waiting for in Jan 2021! | pennstreet
11/12/2020 07:19 | I am sure Harry's disciples will find a way to excuse him and say it's not his fault because of blah blah blah! | sussexlibran
11/12/2020 07:12 | "We are on track for the principal outstanding Ethiopian Project financing-related matters to be completed in the coming weeks, with financial closing and the start of development planned for Q1 2021" - there you go - the financing has inevitably been pushed back. Another failed deadline! Useless management. Utterly predictable. More fluff. | sussexlibran
10/12/2020 17:54 | Ha! Barry isn't dancing these days - head of PRS London now. V nice man. It's easy done on these and I hold a few duff punts myself still with the "hope" like Goatherd that if they don't do anything for me, they may for the grandkids. You still working in the industry or retired? All gone digital. Still - nothing replicates vinyl for me. Couple of Tanoy Lancasters , decent Linn Sondek and in heaven. Heavily into sampling for vsts. Labour of love. Am always optimistic but we shall see...Takes ages for details to be finalised Id imagine but surely next few months will see us through...?! | theaviator
10/12/2020 16:05 | Is Harry home for Christmas now - and tomorrow evening in Sydney - or still sorting out in Ethiopia? Anyone know? | bluesbeater

Done it myself and taken the hits too BUT when you get one that rockets when you heavy it's an el of a buzz. Have waited 3 years to hear news like today on another oilie. Am I overweight?
