01/12/2020 11:36 | Ec law maybe they could have waited a week. They would have known in this case as they gave the same number out on the placing announcement. | robjm66
01/12/2020 11:36 | Cheers estseon | rich1e
01/12/2020 11:34 | Agreed estseon although I will be interested to see any changes in ownership levels of large (>3%) or any large new shareholders disclosed under any new TR-1 announcements...give | belfastboyo
01/12/2020 11:25 | Article 15 For the purpose of calculating the thresholds provided for in Article 9, the home Member State shall at least require the disclosure to the public by the issuer of the total number of voting rights and capital at the end of each calendar month during which an increase or decrease of such total number has occurred. DIRECTIVE 2004/109/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 15 December 2004 As a matter of common sense (if that is permitted these days), a person acquiring or disposing of a reportable large holding cannot know whether he is required to report the transaction unless he knows what proportion of the issuer's share capital he holds. He will need to know the denominator in the calculation. As you will see from Art.15 of the Directive, that must have been transcribed somewhere into national law, the disclosure timed for yesterday was a matter of compliance - no more and no less. There is no need to speculate on other motives. | estseon
01/12/2020 11:07 | Total voting rights I believe is a legal requirement that every listed company has to announce every year. I stand corrected if proved wrong. | katsy
01/12/2020 10:52 | Cheers rob, unsure as to whether it's just for guidance or a prompt, in light of the recent placing | rich1e
01/12/2020 10:26 | Sometimes I think companies give them out to give a nudge to anyone who is changing their position usually building one seen it before a rns has come out then been followed a day or two latter by a declaration by a holder. Also seen it come out periodically just as seeming house keeping or after a change in the total number of shares. | robjm66
01/12/2020 10:01 | The latter part of yesterday's RNS, is it just formality or are they expecting that someone should be notifying a change in holding/crossing threshold? | rich1e
01/12/2020 08:39 | Vague, virtually meaningless and non-committal......t After all the time they've spent attempting to secure project funding for TK, surely the wording of this type of RNS should be displaying a more positive and concrete tone if we really are so close to "imminent" funding conclusion. I honestly feel that we are no closer to receiving TK funding money into our coffers than we were back in February. Something is not quite right, in my opinion, but it appears that the majority of KEFI shareholders, especially on this thread, are content to be continuously fobbed off with this type of vague waffle. | chopper harris1

30/11/2020 18:04 | Couple of links but mainly you want a broker that you can transfer your shares to quickly as if further down the line if you do not like them can transfer them again when you have more time. A few links but maybe someone can recommend a few decent accounts for now. hxxps://www.fool.com hxxps://www.investop hxxps://www.stocktra hxxps://www.quora.co https ://www.moneysavingex | robjm66
30/11/2020 17:50 | Actually it does because a chart tells you there and then the emotions of investors via candles on the page correlated to date Vs the price regardless of the shares in issue. I've used them v successfully on aim tbh that is mainly heavily diluted. Looks like a v nice buy in level. | theaviator
30/11/2020 17:14 | does charting take into account one dilution after another? No Digger it certainly does not. I'm hoping that this surge in copper kick starts this into a trend upwards. It's now got the higher base to help push it through, either way we should see pretty soon. | bootie64
30/11/2020 16:56 | Tops, You could try approaching Interactive Brokers to open an account. I think they will do it for anyone. Then simply transfer the shares to them. But you need to act very quickly! Like today! | goatherd
30/11/2020 16:48 | The last chart(s) were all significant too, if I recall... I'm with you Digger, anything that makes Kefi significantly higher. Any chance by the end of this week fellas cos Barclays have said they will sell my shares on my behalf thanks to Brexit on Friday anyway as they will no longer be able to continue investment accounts for overseas residents.... Or, failing that, any suggestions as to what I could do failing giving them to a. n. other with a UK address? Which might compromise their tax situation, not to say stretch the family/friendship ideal by doing so and they see the millions Kefi will make moi. ;) But serious question guys. They will close the account and sell on the 4th apparently if I have not done so myself or found a new home. There are tens of thousands of very irate holders in Europe of all sorts of pension/investment/s Topicel | topicel
30/11/2020 15:49 | bootie - I'd be into reading tealeaves if it meant getting Kefi over the line! That chart looks impressive but does charting take into account one dilution after another? | digger2779
30/11/2020 15:27 | For those not into charts just ignore me, however if you are into charts, like me, then I'm sure you will find this chart work from Northstar very interesting It is uncanny how accurate his charts have been of late | bootie64
30/11/2020 07:34 | Show us the funding money Harry!!!!!!. | peverill
29/11/2020 19:38 | RichJJ Just incase you didn't notice, you keep repeating yourself. | neilng
29/11/2020 19:22 | The risk of repeating myself Kefi company fundamentals regarding their intent or current known assets hasn’t changed over the last few months. RAB is buying into this investment opportunity ...now why would they do that unless they thought it was a good opportunity to make money with their own qualified analysis . I admit the county risks haven’t gone away and gold is having a small wobble...however I still feel optimistic and hopefully not deluded ! | richjj

29/11/2020 16:31 | I don't expect a finance closure of TKGM RNS before the GM on 11th Dec...but I would be delighted if I am proved wrong. I think we could get an update statement on progress TKGM or a Hawiah drilling update prior to that or on 11th...but again just guessing. If finance is resolved/binding and signed before end Q4 then share price should x2 or x3 in days...if not, well at 30m market cap. We are still highly undervalued imho so the key is to get the deal done at last | belfastboyo |
