21/9/2020 11:08 | Once Harry comes out of hiding hopefully an upward trajectory lol | theaviator
20/9/2020 22:50 | PEA results this week to kick start things off. IMHO. | the charmer
20/9/2020 20:53 | Very nice pullback at the moment for top-up/entry. Possible announcement next week with project updates for September? Looks like the share price could go nuts over October with new traders wanting the next GGP. | bashmore
18/9/2020 19:27 | RBD will be good. Wait until W N hype gets all over it. Bought majority in the 20's there :) | theaviator
18/9/2020 19:18 | Ditto than with RBD. | divmad
18/9/2020 18:45 | Don't go there Paul lol I still have some of them. Should average down really. | theaviator
18/9/2020 18:29 | It is KEFI sentiment that has kept the share price down. It has been a hard and frustrating path to pave for us and others as the guinea pig of the first public private mining initiative in more than a generation. When financial closure is concluded the share price will release like a slingshot. Let us hope that the October timescales stick. | riotinted_specs
18/9/2020 18:15 | Theaviator, I see you have an interest in NTOG. Now that has been a highly dubious investment over the years, depending on where you bought in the cycle. I think you'll have better luck at this stage of proceedings here. Topicel | topicel
18/9/2020 14:37 | Ps Imo TK first...it has become a priority..... | theaviator
18/9/2020 14:31 | Hi Brad, In essence you are still asking me to use my psychic powers but I can only go by what Harry has stated and by what has been rnssd. Truly I wish I had more avail to me.Quite simply the stages are simply finance, and revenue! The market will value it when it sees fit - usually these days when associated finance/ offtakes/agreements are in place and it sees a clear path to development and revenues. Rerates start with finance and incrementally climb as the other stages fall into place which they usually do naturally. Sometimes market gets ahead of itself and other times it's behind. We have to work that out. In general though, markets have changed considerably over the past few years and are certainly not as forgiving as perhaps they once were - especially with aim listed companies. That is all buying, selling and in trading shares is in truth - thinking like the market and working out if it has been valued in accordance with what is there or likely to be. Currently, there is not very much priced in hence my investment here."Closings and hits". Make of that as you may but I interpret as finance and sales! 2020! ATB | theaviator
18/9/2020 14:23 | @shortarm - very funny! You're right though - after 7 years and 20k (or so) total investment I am finally a few grand up....but wary is my middle name with regards to Kefi | sussexlibran
18/9/2020 13:57 | But you've always been very very very wary before so that's optimism from you :-) | shortarm
18/9/2020 13:29 | I think Harry said on his last interview it would be a couple of weeks before the results of Saudi so it's got to be next week surely | 1deedee
18/9/2020 13:21 | Not long to wait now. ;-) | the charmer
18/9/2020 11:53 | I view the silence as a good thing. For me, it indicates that Harry has multiple options to consider, and is seeking to maximise Kefi's own control of the company to the benefit of the shareholders. If he can reach the 70% figure he has mentioned, then this would be great. I can wait, for funding WILL come imho. | scrappycat
18/9/2020 11:46 | I didn't ask for a timeframe as that is beyond all of us. I asked at what stage of development you see us achieving that valuation? TK is a defined project but "Saudi" is multi faceted and currently we are waiting to see what comes first, Jibal Qutman or Hawiah? So if you are going to speculate on value it would be useful to associate your valuation with a specific stage of Development. Brad | bradley12
18/9/2020 11:43 | The silence is deafening... I don't want Kefi to be the kind of co that issues an RNS every time they open a new packet of biscuits, but it's now a month since we had any significant news, and I do think an update of some sort on the TK funding would be welcome. We know there are definite steps which have to be followed between now and end of Oct to achieve closing - surely it must be possible to confirm how far we are along with this and what progress has been made in the last month? | matthew stone
18/9/2020 11:16 | I just looked your history up goatherd and you are a very nice man. I see you have been a stalward supporter here for a long time. I wish you every success and believe me am certain I have a few in my portfolio my children will spend one day too. LolI toast you though for a nice rise in the not too distant forseeable and wish you a very long and happy retirement! | theaviator
18/9/2020 11:11 | Think no one even kefi know how big Hawiah is and it will take more drilling at depth but we know its big and the PEA is very likely to show its economic. Another imponderable is what if Kefi start getting licenses in the KSA in addition to JQ as Kefi geo team and Jeff Rayner seem pretty good at finding prospects. In Ethiopia get big licence area on completion of deal and has prospects already being looked at. Think I must be investor as if I was trader I would be rich (or broke). | robjm66
18/9/2020 11:09 | Theaviator, Thanks, now those did NOT sound rampy! I agree with almost everything you say; though I am very jealous of your "(25 years off retirement age)"; I am 25 years past retirement age. However as a lump of my holding (not quite 1%) is in ISAs my descendants will benefit anyway. I do hope, dv and Cocid19 allowing, to see 10p, perhaps 15p.l perhaps a bit more. I think we may see a little negative dilution, of we manage to get a higher percentage of TK. I am not wholly convinced that the funding news will gain a sustained response; too many day traders "buy on rumour, sell on news". :-( I would hesitate to call them idiots - but I understand 90% lose money! | goatherd
18/9/2020 10:41 | Final post for the day. Goatherd, if you had taken an EUA opinion from me 18 months ago when it was unloved and bought at .50 and held you would be a v wealthy man today. The truth is I sold out when it bagged and didn't hold. I failed to stick to my gut belief..I will not make that mistake again when I see assets like I do! Lesson learnt.Over and out. | theaviator
18/9/2020 10:37 | Ps goatherd regarding timescale - I am an investor. (25 years off retirement age) The timescale is impossible to call. That would make me psychic?! There are always factors beyond our control and that has been proven here in the past. Funding news is due here by October and Harry stated by hook or by crook he was going to make it happen. If you are looking for a quick bag on that news then this is the right place but if you are looking as an investor like me for a more handsome return you will require patience and forbearance.I cannot be any more clear. Over to you now to decide when and where to push your buttons.Hope it helps... | theaviator
18/9/2020 10:32 | Always fundamentals not charts for calculations. The charts are a guide when getting there and give you an idea of investors emotions correlated to time/price. That's why we use them | theaviator |
