02/1/2020 11:15 | Off Q&A Why are you holding the General Meeting on 6 January 2020 in Australia? There are several reasons why the Directors decided to hold this General Meeting in Australia. We have frequent meetings with shareholders in the UK but KEFI also has many shareholders in Australia and Cyprus who appreciate having the occasional meeting in those countries. More directors had already planned to be in Sydney than any other city on that day - so it is the least cost venue. Finally, voting by proxy is unaffected by the location of the meeting. 02/1/2020 11:14 | Only today and tomorrow left before resolutions on Monday. | shanur90
02/1/2020 11:14 | Another big buy just under 2mil. Someone taking position. Hopefully does this daily run up to the agm on the 6th | shanur90
02/1/2020 11:13 | Looking good chaps. These big buys are no punt money. Its coming, load up I say. Bring your average down, you won't get opportunity like this again. 2p plus easily | oilisgold
02/1/2020 11:00 | JLW, For what it is worth, I think your sipp being devoted to kefi, will prove to be a sound investment, though it seems you got your timing wrong. I executed a large averaging down exercise at c 0.7p, and this did wonders for my average. By that time, IMHO, it had become very apparent that both the company, and the EG, were committed to the opening of the mine. I have seen nothing to change that view, though the timing aspect has, admittedly, gone somewhat awry. Also IMHO, the starting gun will fire very shortly. | scrappycat
02/1/2020 10:59 | Another one has appeared | richsmithsmith
02/1/2020 10:58 | On lse it shows 1x 3.2mil buy at 1.39p and now another buy just came thru at 1.4p 3.2mil | shanur90
02/1/2020 10:57 | Will fall to 1.15p area | iamgreat1
02/1/2020 10:57 | Four 3.2m trades? Are they bed and isa or? | whatnow1
02/1/2020 10:34 | i bought another 162k.... not a matter of DYMR, just how far i should push this. basically my whole sipp is on kefi. rofl Just looked at the trades, couldnt' see mine.... it didnt go through. wonder why. price went up straight aftr too | jlwilliams
02/1/2020 10:20 | JLW, Well, someone believes a top up is worthwhile. Two large buys at 1.39p would appear to support that belief. DYOR. | scrappycat
02/1/2020 10:15 | debating whether to top up, could reduce my average by 20%, to 8.5p | jlwilliams
02/1/2020 09:24 | 17/12/2019 announcement These agreements are expected to be duly executed and returned by both the Ethiopian Government and ANS Mining Share Company ("ANS Mining") this month to allow their subscriptions for equity into the Project company Despite some speculation that confirmation might be held over until after the GM on 6/1/20 the fact is that a "timetable" given on 17/12 has been missed (or at least not reported). We're so accustomed to missed targets that hardly anyone actually mentions them anymore. When my missus estimates how long before she's ready to go out, I mentally double the time given. Harry makes her look like Mrs Punctuality & she's not even obliged to issue accurate RNSs. :-( Just for you Harry-can-do-no-wron | taxlosstone
01/1/2020 18:20 | Hope we all have a fantastic 2020. Looking forward to next week and getting the 9.5million from ANS. Would be a fantastic start to 2020. Just strap on all. If we get a 7am RNS on Tuesday 7th, at 8am you be looking at 1.8p plus open with ease. | oilisgold
01/1/2020 10:58 | Bound to rerate on ANS finally coughing up some money and everyone writing on the dotted line then will have more results coming in from KSA this month and next so could be a completely different company soon. Happy new year everyone. | robjm66
01/1/2020 10:19 | Rob, you are spot on. The resolutions will pass. The key now for all of us is a rerate to get our money back. Catalyst will be ANS money and a RNS stating that. Hopefully we can be trading above 2p and closer to 3p on that news. Its the first time i been soo optimistic about kefi since 2013 . | oilisgold
31/12/2019 21:00 | Well while I appreciate the sacrifice of kefi staff and harry not taking some wages and fees do not think they should be rewarded with extra shares. Not that it will matter what anyone here thinks as it will go through and everything will be forgiven if we have a much higher share price next year. | robjm66
31/12/2019 18:47 | Short term a lot of traders are expecting 2.5 to 3p. Reckon we be 4p plus end of next tear | oilisgold
31/12/2019 18:35 | Don't forget chaps this was 6p plus before consolidation. Jan 2020 could be massive for all of us long suffering share holders. The resolutions should pass and then fully expect the ANS RNS. Game on | oilisgold
31/12/2019 17:51 | Blimey Tops!! Have you been on the sauce? ;-) All that bullishness!! OK, I'll join in with your optimism & forecast that at the end of 2020 we'll be so very, very close to getting the money from ANS. No, only joking. My finger in the air share price guess is .................... | taxlosstone
31/12/2019 17:10 | Hi Tops and HNY to you too - and everyone else in here and at KEFI the Company. Yup, I agree voting in favour is the way forward but surely it's last chance saloon for Harry. 3.7p would be good but a round 5p would be better 😎 | glenalmond
31/12/2019 16:49 | Yes Rich... speak soon | bejubiant |
