15/11/2019 00:34 | Everything is on place. Todays MOU for local workers was signed. I expect tgd funding to be signed imminently. Hugs amount of funding from the Govt and partners. | shanur90
15/11/2019 00:33 | A thread of my notes on kefi the potential is 6 to 12 Time's current price. Very undervalued https://mobile.twitt | shanur90
14/11/2019 22:54 | Yes indeed. But it did lead me to an interesting conclusion. I had a quick look at those companies and I realised how much research I would need to do before I would consider buying them. And then I realised why it is taking so long for investors to understand what is going on with Kefi. I have been following this company for years so I know it pretty much inside out. And it is that long period which gives me, and other long termers, a head start on what is going on here. Who has time to go back years and look at all the events that have led us here? I would need a week to look at all the details of those other companies! So I suppose what I am saying is that I can understand why the market is slow to catch on; it just hasn't realised the potential of what is happening. This will take time time and research. The market will catch up soon though. | andysand
14/11/2019 20:29 | Matthew, its a toss of a coin. Both have significant upward gains to come. VAST and PREM could come before KEFI. Targets i given are : VAST 0.8p to 1p. PREM 0.4 to 0.5p. KeFI 4p plus trading range. Say 10k in each. You are looking at your 30k becoming 60 to 80k. Money not to be sniffed at. | oilisgold
14/11/2019 19:14 | The difference with KEFI is.. it has a project finance partner (The Government!) funding it to production. No risky and possibly dilutive loan notes or shares to be issued. This is severely undervalued when that funding arrives. Yes, it will be a couple of years to production.. but after the initial excitement I would also expect a period of stability and growth as things progress towards that time. You don't get "the largest single export-generator for Ethiopia." for south of 30m market cap when what's coming is nailed on.. IMO DYOR.. At a gold price of US1,400/oz the following are the estimates for the open pit only: -- Project export revenues are projected at c. US$200 million per annum which would likely make it the country's largest single-enterprise export generator; -- TKGM NPV on start of production in 2021 is estimated at GBP196 million (US$249 million). And from KEFI's viewpoint, the Company's planned 45% beneficial interest in the Project NPV at start of production would be GBP88 million (US$112 million); -- Today, at start of construction, KEFI's planned beneficial interest in the NPV is estimated at GBP59 million ($74 million); and -- Project free cash flow is estimated at GBP31 million per annum (US$40 million), of which KEFI's beneficial interest would be c. GBP14 million per annum (US$18 million). | smackeraim
14/11/2019 19:04 | Have to say I'm kind of hoping I can take some of my profits out of KEFI at 4-5p and put them into VAST before that one really starts to move up... | matthew stone
14/11/2019 18:59 | 6p i doubt we will acheive, could be a spike but short term you are looking at the 4p trading range. Easy 100% is there to be made. One advice i always give to my clients is set a target and sell, walk away and dont try to buy in again to trade as the profit should be banked at all cost. Greed can end your AIM venture in a blink of an eye. VAST , PREM and EUA , i know many that followed me recently have made 200 to 300% profit. Still in VAST and as its the big one, price is stable there now awaiting news. | oilisgold
14/11/2019 18:50 | Agree but more like 6p. | tidy 2
14/11/2019 18:49 | Market cap still isn't' reflecting true vaule. Best not to trade and let your winners run. Come back in few weeks and it be 4p plus. Make the easy money i always say before it gets harder. The eady money hasn't been made here currently untill it gets to 3 to 4p. By all means trade the spikes as you can always get in lower but stay with the trend. | oilisgold
14/11/2019 18:45 | You hear a lot from investors the Market Makers are playing games. That is not true. The job of a Market Maker is to create a Market. If the demand is there then price goes up, if there is no demand, then liquidity needs to be created and that is done by dropping the share price to get buyers in. What we are seeing in KEFI currently is the CLN conversations, which in my calculation are coming to an end. The buyers are there, so the Price is not Tanking. If the Volume continues like this, you can fully expect 2p, 2.5p and 3p taken out over the course of next week. The significant gains here are not made currently. The rerate will take place in the next few weeks if the volume is there. You normally expect upto 500 % increase looking at small cap companies. PREM.vast, Eua and many others done it recently. | oilisgold
14/11/2019 18:11 | Maintains an orderly rise until they are gone ....! Tick tock they only had 26m left, must be on the dregs | tidy 2
14/11/2019 18:08 | There may have been some forward selling from the warrants converted that are due for quotation on AIM on 19 November. Following Admission of the 26,775,605 New Ordinary Shares, the total issued share capital of the Company will consist of 999,873,172 Ordinary Shares each with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 999,873,172 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. | noirua

14/11/2019 16:53 | Absolutely. To be honest, there is a golden opportunity here to great real wealth, but most investors are missing it because they are blinded by one of two things.1) Short term gains.2) Obsession with the past despite all the evidence screaming at them.I will be adding to my holding in the coming days.Andy | andysand
14/11/2019 16:38 | Agree. I'd never really looked into Ethiopia until coming across KEFI, but must say the Government seems to be making all the right noises and have certainly surprised me in terms of what you'd expect from a typical African nation of years gone by. They seem really forward thinking and want to lift their profile globally. | smackeraim |
