overdone? it's one of the most overvalued shares on aim imho, why the hell is a loss making company with virtually no cash left trading with a market cap of 6.5 mill???
who would take this for free even?

mariopeter- if you read my posts, I am quite clear that it is not a given that this will go well.
However, the drop is probably overdone, helped by all the obnoxious shorters who flock together on here.
My holding is small because I never take large holdings in anything these days

Yea this is the only oily on the planet. There are better investments around that are under priced and much safer. Admit it Mclellan your holding is still small because you know I am right. Good weekend all.

I notice that administration costs for last year was over £3 million pounds.
The market cap is now 6 million and it produces from pukka 1 and 2 just 110 boepd .(latest's figures)

So the admin costs are 50% of the actual market cap and at the moment it is costing the company money to get every drop of oil from the ground.
Every time a drop of oil comes up from the hole it is at a overall loss.

Can anyone explain why it costs £3 million in wages and admin to manage wells producing so little?


Fair value imho is negligible
