Protection zones of World Heritage Sites in Ukraine continue to suffer from attacks of irresponsible developers. No sooner had the new Kyiv authorities suspended in August, a devastating construction near Sofia, as almost simultaneously activate another developer, encroaching on their laurels. Depends on the news really, but with no news i would probably sell half at 30 and let the rest ride. However it would be nice not to sell and let some fair value establish itself, i.e. 60p and above.

Hi envirovision,
I bought in early 2009 then the share price was at 5p level and sold with 100% profit,i sold it to early, but i needed money for other investments. Well profit is a profit. No i am in again, but don`t know for how long, you never know what opportunity you can expect in todays market.
How about you, are you long term here?

Thanks. I had a buy limit which never got filled, so added to my holding at 17.9 in the end. Now it just a waiting game which may be weeks or months, but the payoff should be worth it.

I see you appear to have been following for some time tadska, whats your method if you dont mind me asking, have you bought and sold and re bought lower , buy and hold etc ??

will open its first deluxe hotel in Ukraine in June 2012, before UEFA
Euro 2012.
The new hotel, estimated to cost around USD 300m, is currently be-
ing built in the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv by KDD Group.
KDD Group, one of the country's leading real estate investors and
developers. The two partners signed a management agreement in June 2010.
The Swissôtel Kyiv is anticipated to welcome guests for the UEFA Euro 2012 and features 513 guest-rooms and suites, 14 serviced residences, 4,000 sq. m of conference space, as well as a 3000 sq. m spa.

"Following on from the company's successful openings in Moscow, Swissôtel Kyiv will be another significant step for the expansion of Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts into Eastern Europe," says the group president Meinhard Huck in a statement.

The future Swissôtel Kyiv will form part of the "Sky Towers", a mixed use development comprised of twin towers of 34 and 47 storeys. Sky Towers is located in Peremogy Avenue, close to Kyiv's city centre and is comprised of hotel facilities, serviced residences and grade A offices.
