28/7/2021 10:59 | Lurker already proved nomads on aim are just as useless. Company was supposed to announce details of AGM vote. Wasn’t until we e mailed them that it was published. AIM is not regulated as has been proved with other companies time and time again. Directors can lie and get away with it | grahamwales
28/7/2021 09:44 | AIM is supposed to be regulated - up to a point. In particular Nomads are supposed to verify the accuracy and need for an RNS. Which Kibo's Nomad has never done - allowing all sorts of LC's dodgy statements to pass. Yet they have pocketed around £70k pa for doing nothing - just like Schaffalitski who probably even had his annual 'statement' written for him by LC ! But the so-called 'standard' market is much worse without even a nomad, which is why LC floated Mast on it. | lurker5
28/7/2021 09:15 | On top of LC's project mis-management, he's always misled by insisting their value is their NPV. I had to spend years on the KIBO thread explaining why that's a canard - ok a fallacy - (and was what induced that 1.4m shareholder to invest - along with many others still clinging on) His latest is the grotesquely inflated value he put on MAST - based on a fraudulent 'NPV' which is what he used Kibo shareholders' shares to pay for MED in the first place. Here is an independent explanation why it is fraudulent, for those who didn't work it out for themselves. hxxps://insights.csa | lurker5
28/7/2021 09:01 | Lurker Aim is unregulated and 100% of companies on it want to raise money. LC is a useless clown and should be struck off as a director from all companies. We all live in hope that Graham Briggs can deliver Blyvoor otherwise we are all screwed. | grahamwales
28/7/2021 08:27 | Do the research GW ! How long have you known the stock market ? its all in Kibo's (and many other cos) annual reports. The amounts spent on fees, commissions, LC's (and CS's) salaries etc - versus the amounts raised from shareholders. Ask yoursef what 'value' to shareholders those 'advisers' brought. And tally up all the wheezes LC brought with him. - and lost or sold off for a pittance ! Must be over twenty. | lurker5
28/7/2021 08:20 | He I doubt it. Mind you he's a self confessed aim mug if you believe he bought Kat / kibo shares! | sirianbotham
28/7/2021 07:22 | Lurker do you have any proof of this or is it pure speculation. Can you prove what you just posted. | grahamwales
28/7/2021 07:18 | lurker5: Very good points - Too many City advisers are know-littles about the basic day to day nitty-gritty of the business they are supposed to be advising on and instead are supposed experts on "financial manipulation" so long as they can keep their snouts in the trough!! | pugugly
27/7/2021 22:36 | Thats a quetion beeen asked almost since he brought his rag-bag African 'assets' over here in 2010 (at the equivalent of 30p). Someone had told him in some Jo'burg bar that AIM mugs would hand him a lifetime's gravy train if he did ! (And of course he was welcomed with open arms by the army of City 'advisers' who have made many £millions in fees (all shareholders' money) ever since !) | lurker5
27/7/2021 20:43 | May have been posted before but interesting to refesh details of the man Initial question to be asked - Could his time be spread over too many companies and activities? | pugugly
27/7/2021 19:00 | Too shell-shocked by the £840,000 he will have lost on that in only the last two years ! | lurker5
26/7/2021 22:49 | If you are a shareholder you can vote, Kibo holders should be doing the same I see one holder there holds nearly 140m shares in Kibo. Did he vote I bet not. | grahamwales
26/7/2021 14:44 | Andy As stated above in posts 3072 & 3073 it is possible to vote shares held in an ISA. | uknighted
26/7/2021 13:52 | You can count on me too! Although I can’t cast votes as my shares are in an ISA - although would like to attend the future agm’s in london - not Africa lol. Although I paid quite a lot when I initially purchased and now it’s not that considerable - around 25k for my 1 mil shares stake - I still believe this counts as a considerable amount for a private investor so I’d like to have my say alongside others | andysmi
26/7/2021 13:09 | All to often shareholders moan yet do nothing even though you wouldn’t have made any difference to the result we need to show that private shareholders are not happy. The more we badger the nomad the more likely we are to get a response. | grahamwales
26/7/2021 11:52 | Done the same myself and been to a Kat one a while back. Nothing will change on aim until shareholders take action and the brokers facilitate it properly. I know for a fact a lot more thought they'd voted against LC in the last agm for their votes not to be counted. Not enough to tip the balance but would have made more of a statement | sirianbotham
26/7/2021 11:30 | Thanks for the reply SirIanBotham. May try and be more active as a shareholder now. I did just start getting into going to the AGM's of some of my holdings just before the Pandemic knocked that squarely on the head. They were fun days out and an excuse to have a day and night out (often in London) and a cheapish stopover at a Travelodge or Premier Inn. So hope to see some of you at the meetings next year when it's business as normal. Assuming the AGMs are in the UK. It's always nice to put faces to names. A. | algernon2
25/7/2021 20:46 | Algernon if you contact your broker they are obliged to do it for you at no cost. Problem is it's not very reliable | sirianbotham
25/7/2021 20:42 | Hargreaves Lansdown and ii vote on my behalf at no cost. | uknighted
25/7/2021 19:32 | All mine are held in a Nominee account and I don't know how easy it is to get them to vote a specific way on my behalf or if they would charge a small fee for this as I know they charge me for letters to attend AGM's etc if I want to vote in person. I will find out unless anyone knows offhand and can save me a call. I don't ever get prospectuses from them either maybe they charge a fee to provide this service too? Anyway GW well done and thanks for modifying your posts. Keep an eye on Kavango next week it's all getting exciting there and if only LC could be as dynamic visibly here then we would all be happier campers. A | algernon2
24/7/2021 12:21 | Afternoon all, GW now that you've slept on it maybe consider modifying post 3059/3063? I have to agree with Tonytony4 and uknighted. I too share the pain and financial loss of a tardy LC being in charge of this Company; but calling for his death on a BB isn't dignified. Now you've slept on it and (hopefully)had a cathartic drink or two maybe consider re-writing the post(s). Just a thought and obviously you must do what you feel is right. Let's hope for some progress on the Haneti project and good news soon. Maybe PJ from POW can drag him along in his slip stream. All the best to all holders here. Sincerely. A | algernon2
23/7/2021 15:53 | THE BLOKE IS USELESS THE SOONER HE GOES THE BETTER - TOTAL SHAREHOLDER DESTRUCTION | browngirl
22/7/2021 19:05 | Gw we are all very angry and we share your feeling but I also suggest you remove that 3063 post as it may get you into hot water! If you know what I mean.. I didn't want to see this below 1p I just hope LC gets off his butt and does something material for the company.. | tonytony4 |
