Well we are nearly half way through June. By now in the good old days Paul Johnson would have 4 or 5 rns's in the last 14 days.we the pi investors are waiting for the big news of who is taking the mantle of CEO also what strategic reason of having sean as chairman as he seems to be a busy man with power.with the uranium side of power sorted there seems to be an avenue left with FDR still to be sorted.at the last update we where advised that there would be more than 1 new director, the jigsaw is not complete please advise us,well its better than ducks in a row.gla

Looks like new CEO is trying to screw every last penny out of private shareholders. KAT has nothing and should be delisted.

Guy has already screwed POW investors.

Blyvoor Project - South Africa July 2020

Louis Coetzee Executive Chairman of Katoro Gold plc commented: "We were pleased to see the level of interest shown in the Blyvoor gold project, with the number of potential finance partners exceeding expectations. We have therefore spent much of June reviewing the parties and focusing on identifying a select shortlist from which we believe we can secure the best possible funding solution for the Project. This is an intensive, but highly exciting point in the Company's development and we are looking forward to providing further updates to the market as we continue to progress towards first gold production from the Blyvoor tailings facilities."

Blyvoor Project - South Africa March 2024

"Following review of the Blyvoor Project, and given the new direction of Katoro and the need to focus on a clear pathway to high value business activities, the Company has decided to cease any further investment in this project with immediate effect."

"Some" would say a classic AIM confetti lifestyle placing Company that keep wages going at the expense of gullible retail investors from one dream to another indefinitely.

This is interesting, given KAT owns 70k shares and has a JV with LVG on the neighbouring Imweru

hxxps://tembogold.com/tembo-gold-announces-transformative-acquisition-and-landmark-investment-from-tanzanian-strategic-investor/

The Project is a gold project located in northern Tanzania immediately to the west of Geita Gold Mine of Anglogold Ashanti. The Project is held by LVG’s Tanzanian subsidiary, Tanzoz Mineral Limited

Under the Agreement, Tembo will acquire the Project for consideration of C$5,500,000, consisting of approximately 23.6 million common shares of Tembo at a deemed value of C$0.22 per share, plus approximately USD$221,000 cash.

LVG will be required to hold the Tembo shares received as consideration for the Acquisition in escrow in accordance with the share release conditions outlined below:

1/3 of shares released from escrow upon Commercial Production (as defined in the Agreement) being achieved on the Project;
1/3 of shares (1/2 of remaining shares) released 6 months after Commercial Production; and
1/3 of shares (all remaining shares) released 12 months after Commercial Production.

Copied from KIBO re latest R&A

Hold on. What's this ? (Have I missed it)

"While the planned listing and IPO for the Blyvoor gold tailings joint venture was delayed, Katoro is actively seeking funding options for its development"

'delayed' ? does LC think it's still on ?

I see the Kat latest report and accounts says 'status' of Bylvoor 'remains unchanged' - from what ? Has he ever officially reported to shareholders that it has had to be abandoned to the Peter Skeat's claim on it ? -( he has died recently) - Last news on Blyvoor was that Pan African Resources has added it to its tailings business - except there is no mention of it in PAF's latest reports.

bearing in mind it was (to be) the only potentially significant part of Kat and an investor fund raising was made specifically for it I would have thought LC should say clearly and PDQ exactly what the situation is now

Think its about time this sham was closed down, can't be much left of the £150k placing now. Its not even a viable shell. Shut it down and stop louis conman from ever opening another company on AIM.

He should be locked up not taking a salary for conning investors.

This is why you can't trust what is allowed to be put through LSE's investor chat boards.
"Donald Leggatt
I have been Head of Investor Relations at (that other chat board - ADVFN won't alow its name to be mentioned) for five years: we are a leading financial portal for retail investors. Together we are busy building a
successful IR division, and LSE are now one of the leading IR interviews and events providers to the AIM market. This year we will put on a dozen high quality,
entertaining and influential webinars where 4 CEO's get to put their investment case and meet the investor base.
We interview several CEO's a month around strategy and operations, often with RNS's released to coincide. These drive an audience and sometimes the share price. At
London South East we bring investors and CEO's together.
I am interviewing CEO's, hosting our online live webinars and in-person Town Hall Events and running our YouTube channel, all of which drives increased revenues
for the business."
Investors who want to know the truth avoid it

This company does not deserve to survive. Louis is a first class crook and the sooner he is removed from every AIM company the better for all investors.

He does not deserve to breath the same air.
