My fears here are this company now has no cash in effect its insolvent as it owes cgnr what's to stop prof doing an mbo for a pittance and say either take the crumbs or face bankruptcy and then have all the diamonds to themselves fleecing aim investors which is the normal route most aim companies take.

The cash burn over the past year was a concerted push to speed up the ground works of which has clearly worked.
They might be content with their findings

At the reporting date - 3 months ago - KDR had about a month's cash in hand, at the burn rate over the previous 6/12 months. Debtors exceeded creditors and with they've managed to trade on to end Feb.. There can't be much time left for the solvency position to be resolved.

If they can find further funding it will inevitably be heavily at the expense of existing shareholders' potential interest. The alternative would appear to be liquidation?

It can't be long before we find out...

If one is bullish on KDR and one claims to be certain that it will be successful then it doesn't make any sense to talk up the stock. It would make more sense to talk the share down to get the price down so that one can purchase the stock at a very cheap price.
