Proposed cancellation of admission to trading on AIM - Result of General Meeting

Kada announces that at its General Meeting held earlier today, Kada's shareholders voted in favour in the resolution to cancel the admission to trading of the Company's ordinary shares (the "Ordinary Shares") on AIM (the "Cancellation").

Accordingly, it is expected that the last day of dealings in the Ordinary Shares on AIM will be close of business on 3 April 2014 and the effective date of the Cancellation is expected to be 7.00 am on 4 April 2014. If shareholders wish to buy or sell Ordinary Shares on AIM they must do so prior to the Cancellation becoming effective.

If any of the above dates changes, the revised dates will be notified to shareholders by announcement through a Regulatory Information Service.
