AGM Statement

and Notice of Results

K3 Capital Group plc, a leading business and company sales specialist in the UK, is today holding its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at 11am at the offices of TLT LLP, 3 Hardman Square, Spinningfields, Manchester, M3 3EB. The Non-Executive Chairman, Ian Mattioli, will make the following statement at the meeting:

"In our results statement of 11 September, John Rigby, Chief Executive Officer commented that since 31 May 2017, we can report a strong start to the new financial year, with trading comfortably in line with management expectations. We have already completed two significant transactions, which have each generated transaction fees in excess of GBP1m. We expect this performance, together with the momentum gained throughout H2 FY17, to result in sustainable profit growth in FY18.

The Board is pleased to report that the business continues to perform well and continues to trade comfortably in line with management's expectations. All of our KPIs are tracking ahead of the comparative period last year for each of our business divisions and K3 continues to achieve solid growth. Driven by the strength of its service offering, its ability to retain and attract excellent staff and to win higher quality, 'bigger and better', more profitable mandates, K3 remains well placed for the future."

Notice of results

The Group expects to announce its results for the six months ending 30 November 2017 on 16 January 2018.
