I went to the results presentation. All very encouraging though they didn't answer my two pronged question about whether a) they thought they'd be able to get the share price to 350p by next september so they can get their 'growth shares'? and b) if they didn't get to 350p would they reset the share price target?

In fairness they said they had many questions and would answer them all in the fullness of time.

Anyway my impression is very positive - same as it is every time I see them in action . I mean the figures are fantastic.
My impression is exactly the same as it was last time I wrote;

They look very well set. Ambitious capable management, a nice mix of businesses that complement each other, excellent data driven client acquisition process, good dividend payments coming down the line, hugely cash generative, lots of room for expansion in the markets they operate in and 40% owned by the people who work in the business, prudent accounting.Lots of positives here for me.

I think they are hugely impressive. ambitious , capable and with a clear plan . The opportunity is huge and they are well set to achieve their ambitions of 25m EBITDA then 50m EBITDA and onto a billion GBP turnover. Why not? They seem very switched on and can see how they can use their in-house data driven approach to cross sell complimentary services across the 3 divisions.
Growth is accelerating and they are sub PER 10.

And the rest Robsy, getting to 350p should be achievable for that bonus next year, even in these decrepit economic times. (crosses fingers)

Looks good. How about a PER of 15 and a 5% yield giving us a PT of 300p.

Actual spread looks to be about 4p so not that wide - published spread is always rubbish

I agree with all of the other comments regarding great results. That said there's currently an 8% bid-offer spread. Does anyone have input on why the spreads on K3C are almost always way wider than on BEG and FRP ?

I remember the days when something undervalued and at such a discount would fly after results like this. Sad but good time to load up with confidence

And if the share price doesn't look like it will get to 350 this time next year - the board will just award themselves new options ):

As van the man sang “they'll be times like this”
I concur. Not just here either. I have seen fair to excellent news from all my holdings this year but the share price performance has been in the fair to dreadful zone.
I bought some at 150p , more at 330p and some more at 230 ish a few weeks ago. If you believe in it just be thankful ypu can buy more at these prices. The bod have a big bonus if they can get the share price to 350p by september 2023. They will be fighting hard to do that.

We have growth EBITDA of 30% meanwhile we are being paid a fully covered 5% dividend, all divisions seeing continued growth with the Restructuring division reporting increasing demand from the increasing businesses facing growing economic headwinds - so that's only to get even better as economy struggles.

Its almost as though I am reading one set of results and seeing the share price of something else.

I mean this is the outlook statement 2023 and beyond, "early indicators show yet another strong year of trading ahead, with a robust pipeline and opportunities to grow"

its the market !!
if there are no buyers then the price will not rise, i bet a lot of the sells are traders scalping 3-8 % out of short term trades, this is one of my larger holdings and i bought an extra 2000 shares @ 230p a few weeks ago to trade on the expected good news, i could have sold @ 248 but with the good numbers and 8.1p div i decided to hold , just be patient ;-))

Good to see the bid/ask up pre trading. If the share price doesn't rise on the back of these results/outlook, it never will!!

Excellent results and more importantly a very strong start to the new year with Q1 trending towards another 30%+ growth in ebita. All 3 businesses should thrive in these times and the acquisitions seem to be performing well.
