PDMR Announcement

K3, which provides business‐critical software solutions focused on fashion and apparel brands, announces that it was notified on 6 December 2024 that Gabrielle Hase, Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 2,500 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 19 June 2023 at a price of 121.695 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, Mrs Hase no longer has a beneficial holding of Ordinary Shares in the Company.
