I reckon he did a deal with Claeson.

No, but I would like to know why he sold over 5% to hold below 3%?

Happy to wait-it is obvious that the directors think that this is good value.Everything points to a rerating after the results become known.

a very keen buy - 1% of the company - Mr Claesson again?

Followed up by 150K at 100p too - is that another buy or the mm's getting the stock to fill the buy and paying 110p?

Just bid for the company and pay us the 150p sharehoders deserve imo :-)

Back from Spring hols - pleasing to see the recent part recovery. Obviously Mr Claeson appreciates a good PER.

Scandanavian investor - seems to crop up with Peter Gyllenhammer occasionally and recently sold a large portion of his stake in RNWH.

He seems to be gobbling up every share in sight here - I couldn't even get a price for another 5k on Friday - mm's couldn't quote I was told!

Definitely something interesting about Claesson's buy imo.

Further why has he bought the shares immediately after the appointment of a new director is there a connection?

Who is this man buying into K3? Why does he want such a large portion of the shares?

A lot of babies thrown out with the bathwater in the recent market falls - a PE of 8 looks way too cheap and the chairman's buy adds confidence for me.

Yes,most of the info you can get on these seem to indicate the share price is too low given decent overall market conditions.

With eps of 11.2p and the current SP, it represents very good value.
Notice the 2 peaks in the year. A good buy / sell oportunity.
Excellent results though. The rating would suggest a downturn,
but if the profits continue I can see this going much higher.

GHF,

Thanks for that - I'd not seen the Bulford article, which appears very supportive.

Good to see you in MWE, I think that you bought well last week - their recent results easily supported their previous rise to mid 50s and they would no doubt have progressed further were it not for the general Market turmoil of the moment.

Cheers.

Hi Space

I sold out of KBT at the end of April following further research into the sector and basically felt that TSE, MXM & CHL all offered greater growth prospects although KBT still appeared to be a worthwhile investment.

The final results in March came in above my own expectations, however EPS growth of 5% this year and 6% next is possibly the reason they have slipped back to what is now a very undemanding rating. Also the sectors in which they operate are under considerable pressure at the moment which was a factor in my decision to sell.

With a reasuring AGM statement and what looks like a very decent appointment they remain very much on my watchlist.

FWIW I bought into MWE on the dip last week so glad to join you in these.

Kind regards
GHF
