Progress on Just Eat Takeaway.com share buyback programme

Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V. (LSE: JET, AMS: TKWY), hereinafter the "Company", or together with its group companies "Just Eat Takeaway.com", one of the world's largest online food delivery marketplaces, hereby reports the transaction details related to its €150 million share buyback programme announced on 31 July 2024.

 

From 21 October 2024 up to and including 25 October 2024 a total of 440,520 shares were repurchased at an average price of €10.9952 on Euronext Amsterdam, a total of 126,977 shares were repurchased at an average price of €11.0005 on Cboe DXE and a total of 17,431 shares were repurchased at an average price of €11.0110 on Turquoise. Following the settlement of the above transactions, the Company will hold 7,581,441 shares in treasury.

Up to and including 25 October 2024, the total consideration for shares repurchased under this share buyback programme amounts to €56,208,155.

This overview contains detailed information on the daily amount of repurchased shares and individual share purchase transactions.
