Just Eat Takeaway.com publishes its annual report 2020

Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V. (LSE: JET, AMS: TKWY), hereinafter the "Company", or together with its group companies "Just Eat Takeaway.com", one of the world's largest online food delivery marketplaces, today published its annual report 2020.

The report can be viewed or downloaded as a PDF file at our corporate website: https://www.justeattakeaway.com/investors/annual-reports/ . In addition, a copy of the annual report will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and the annual report will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .

The adoption of the annual accounts, which are part of the annual report 2020, will be on the agenda of the annual general meeting (AGM). The AGM will take place in Amsterdam on 12 May 2021.
