 In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's

  As at 29 March 2019, the Company's issued share capital consists 
  of 33,724,958 Ordinary shares of 0.1p, carrying one vote each, 
  of which 14,682,515 are held in treasury. Therefore as at 29 March 
  2019, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 19,042,443. 
 The above figure (19,042,443) may be used by shareholders as the 
  denominator for the calculations by which they will determine
