JPMorgan UK Small Cap Growth & Income plc (the "Company") has today purchased 50,000 Ordinary shares into Treasury at 301.58 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction, the Company holds 2,109,741 Ordinary shares in Treasury. The remaining Ordinary shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 137,031,536.                 

 

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
