The Directors of JPMorgan Multi-Asset Trust plc have declared the following dividend:

Fourth interim dividend

A fourth interim dividend of 1.00 pence per ordinary share, for the period to 28th February 2019, will be paid on 10th May 2019 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 29th March 2019. The ex-dividend date will be 28th March 2019.

For this fourth interim dividend, the Company has elected not to 'stream' part of the dividend payment and therefore the whole of the 1.00 pence will be designated as a dividend to shareholders.

Further details of the tax implications for shareholders of the interest 'streaming' regime can be found in Part 7 'Taxation' of the Company's prospectus dated 24th January 2018 and in the announcement of the Company's first interim dividend released on 21st June 2018.
