Managed Growth
The Company has today purchased 15,170 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 821.00 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 6,745,324 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Growth shares in Treasury is 31,240,349.
The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
Managed Income
The Company has today purchased 78,157 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 105.00 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 11,053,625 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury is 67,464,501.
The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
