RETIREMENT OF 2017 ZERO DIVIDEND PREFERENCE SHARES

On 31 October 2017, JPEL's 2017 ZDP Shares (Ticker: JPSZ) were successfully redeemed and cancelled in accordance with the Company's Articles of Incorporation.

The Final Capital Entitlement of the 2017 ZDP Shares was approximately GBP32.6 million at their final redemption date and paid to shareholders on record on 31 October 2017. The redemption was financed using cash on hand.

Accordingly, following their redemption, the 2017 ZDP Shares' admission to the Official List and their trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange was cancelled on 31 October 2017.
