Proposed cancellation of Ordinary Shares from trading on AIM
Purchase of 1 in every 5 Ordinary Shares
at 250 pence per

pursuant to a Tender Offer
Waiver from provisions of Rule 9 of the Takeover Code
Posting of the Circular and Annual Report & Accounts
Further to the announcement made by the Company on 8 September 2009 detailing
Proposals for the Delisting of the Company's shares from trading on AIM together
with a partial Tender Offer and a waiver from provisions of Rule 9 of the
Takeover Code, the Company is pleased to announce that a Circular providing full
details of the Proposals has today been posted to all the Company's Shareholders
together with a Tender Form, Notice of General Meeting and the Proxy Card.
The General Meeting will be held on the same day as the Company's Annual General
Meeting on 22 October 2009. The Tender Offer is open for acceptance by
Qualifying Shareholders until 5.00 p.m. on 21 October 2009. Further details are
set out in the Circular.
The Company also confirms that it has posted its Annual Report & Accounts to the
Company's Shareholders today and that electronic copies of the Annual Report and
Accounts and the Circular are available to download on the Company's website
www.jourdanplc.com.
Terms defined in the announcement of the 8 September 2009 and the Circular
posted to Shareholders have the same meaning in this announcement.
