Shareholders will get zilch.
It will then be taken private, restructured, and then sold off or re-floated.

There may well be a few dead-cat blips on rumour of a bid, before it disappears off into the depths like the titanic, but use the opportunity to sell and salvage what you can.

At least the captain of the Titanic had the balls to go down with his ship... whereas Cashley jumped into the first lifeboat.
