Kaz i believe you are not taking into consideration in that event the money paid to the bondholders would no longer be due significantly boosting the free cash flow.
Even under Ashly, they have Adjusted group underlying earnings came in at £40.1 and revenue of circa 200 mill.

500m shares would be a 83% dilution to existing shareholders and even if they could get them away at 20p would only cover less than half of the debt!

I hope you get your 20p though - would be a fantastic short from there.
