Share Purchase by Person Closely Associated

The Company has been notified that on 9 November 2018, Ella Vorobyova, the partner of and a Person Closely Associated with Hans Jochum Horn, Chairman of JKX, purchased 82,840 ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company (" Ordinary Shares") at 40.00 pence per share and on 12 November 2018 she purchased a further 17,160 Ordinary Shares at 40.00 pence per share.

Following these purchases, Hans Jochum Horn is beneficially interested in 200,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.16 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
