The Company was notified that, on 9 April 2018, the following person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") exercised options over Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares") under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") and Performance Share Plan ("PSP") respectively at an option price of nil pence per Share and retained the resulting Shares as set out below.
