Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc (the "Company") was notified on 13 June 2016 that, on 13 June 2016, the Trustees of the Company's All Employee Share Plan ("the Plan") allocated shares of GBP0.05 each in the Company ("Shares") to each of the following Directors of the Company/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities in the Company ("PDMRs") as set out below:
